Abstract
Genom-skala metabolisk modellering har nylig blitt et sentralt verktøy innen bioteknologi. I denne masteroppgaven er målet å bruke rammeverket sMOMENT til å kombinere omics-data med en genom-skala metabolisk rekonstruksjon av en menneskelig stamcelle for å analysere metabolske kapabiliteter. Genome-scale metabolic modeling has recently become a central approach in the computational engineering of a wide range of organisms. In this thesis project, the aim is to use the constraint-based framework of the sMOMENT approach to combine high-throughput omics data with a genome-scale metabolic reconstruction of a human stem cell to analyze metabolic capabilities.
