For å besvare problemstillingen benyttes tre two-way fixed effectsmodeller med en difference in difference estimator. The theme of this study will be the effects of globalization on voting behavior. To aim it down, the focus will be on what the effect of salmon farming in a municipality is on the support forglobalization-friendly parties. The focus here will be on being the winners of globalization. Toanswer the problem, three two-way fixed effects models with a difference in difference estimatorare used. Such a model makes it possible to find causality in an efficient way. The theory used isrational choice. The findings indicate that there is causality between salmon farming in amunicipality and parties that are friendly to globalization.
