Are Sino-African Relations Mutually Advantageous?

Abstract

Oppgaven er en analyse av det Sino-Afrikanske sammarbeidet og hvordan/hvorfor det har utviklet seg de siste tiårene. Oppgaven analyserer forholdet gjennom å se det i lys av myk makt-teori og påvirkningsteori. Oppgaven ser på investeringer fra Kina og hvordan disse har økt, samt det politiske sammarbeidet mellom Kina og Afrikanske land.

The essay analyzes the Sino-African relationship and how it has developed in the last few decades. The essay does this by studying empirical data of investments and political ties in the relationship by the use of soft power theory and influence-theory.
