dc.description.abstract | Abstract:
The purpose of this report is to discover the connection between energy labelling and the turnover of commercial property. Both energy labelling and turnover is considered by the researchers to have become regular term use within the real-estate business. However, the research and data conducted on the given subject is found to be constricted, and in need of further exploration.
Moreover, the report will study the energy labelling scheme and turnover of commercial property in relation to each other. In order to discover if there were any connections between the terms, the report was provided with a number of research objectives to assist in answering the reports main research question. Consequently, the research aim for the report is: “How does energy labelling affect turnover of commercial realestate?”.
Furthermore, the research objectives for the report is presented as the following: “what significance has the requirement for energy labelling?”, “what strategies do the users conduct for energy labelling?” and “are there any other important parameters for energy labelling?”
The theoretical framework for the report is related with the subjects in terms of the value setting of commercial property. Moreover, is was also created a theoretical framework for the energy labelling scheme.
In order to comprehend and gain research results for the given research aim and objectives, a literature study was conducted and investigated in accordance with the given theoretical framework. Furthermore, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with four representative interview candidates.
When discussing energy labelling to other parameters important to acquisition factors, the report discovered that the energy simulations was central to a limited extent. Moreover, the discovery was made due to other parameters affecting the subject to a greater extent.
Nonetheless, the conclusion of the report is that energy labelling to a small extent affects the turnover of commercial property. The researchers reached the conclusion, as energy simulation as a parameter holds limited range compared to other parameters of executive power that already emphasize and exhaust in the commercial estate business. | nb_NO |
