dc.description.abstractstudent will create constructs that are designed to transfer expression system to the chromosome of Synechocystis. Furthermore it will be tested if the expression systemcan also be implemented on the native plasmids of this organism. Expression characteristics of the constructed strains will initially be evaluated using suitable markers (e.g. GFP, antibiotics). Further studies may evaluate expression at the transcription and translational level.nb_NO
