Korleis kan sjukepleiar bidra til at MS-diagnostiserte meistrar sine vannlatingsproblem?

Abstract

NORSK: Multippel sklerose er ein kronisk inflammatorisk betennelsessjukdom som oppstår i sentralnervesystemet, CNS. I 2009 var 2,5 millionar menneske ramma av sjukdommen på verdsbasis. Vannlatingsproblematikk er ein forholdsvis vanleg komplikasjon i samband med multippel sklerose. Eit komplekst problem som det er lite merksemd rundt. Oppgåva tar difor for seg ulike problem knytta til dette. Fokuset er på korleis den MS-diagnostiserte med sine vannlatingsproblem skal kunne meistre kvardagens utfordringar gjennom samhandling med sjukepleiar.

ENGELSK: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in the central nervous system, CNS. In 2009, 2,5 million people affected by the disease worldwide. Urinary problem is a relatively common complication associated with multiple sclerosis. A complex problem which has a small attention. The assignment will therefore for the various problems associated with this. The focus is now on how the MS diagnosed with their urinary problems should be able to master every current challenge through interaction with the nurse.
