Hvordan kan vi som sykepleiere undervise og veilede ungdom med nyoppdaget diabetes mellitus type 1 med fokus på brukermedvirkning?

Abstract

NORSK: Det er en økende forekomst av diabetes type 1 blant barn og unge. I denne forbindelse er sykepleierens undervisende og veiledende funksjon et satsingsområde med tanke på å forebygge senkomplikasjoner. Ved nyoppdaget diabetes type 1 vil sykepleieren være en av de første faggruppene den unge pasienten møter. Denne oppgaven er en litteraturstudie som tar for seg brukermedvirkning i undervisning og veiledning til ungdom med nyoppdaget diabetes mellitus type 1. Formålet med dette arbeidet er å belyse hvordan sykepleieren ivaretar den unge’s brukermedvirkning i undervisnings- og veiledningssammenheng.

ENGELSK: There is an increasing incidence of type 1 diabetes among children and adolescents. In this regard, the nurse's educational and guiding function is a priority in order to prevent complications. In newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes, one of the first encounters will be between the patient and the nurse. This is a literature thesis which deals with user interaction in teaching and guidance to young people with newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus type 1. The purpose of this work is to elucidate how the nurse takes care of the young's consumer involvement in teaching and counseling context.
