dc.description.abstract | We wanted to know how the primary silicon is influeced by the modification with phoshorus. Some analysis with light microscope were done in order to see how the particles change with the phosphorus modification. Also the casting temperature was changed. Then some X-ray experiments were done in order to see the growing steps of the primary silicon particles. | |
