Abstract
In this study, ontologies intended for structuring information of physical-chemical-biological processes has been presented.

The ontologies was implemented in a tool, called the "Ontology Editor", that facilitate for construction of another ontology for representation of a variable space.

The implementation of the ontology was presented and a case study using the \OntoMod was carried out for the purpose of being an illustration of concept.
