Abstract

Denne studien undersøker utfordringene som oppleves av de som arbeider med introduksjonsprogrammet for flyktninger og i frivillige organisasjoner i Norge. Gjennom kvalitative intervjuer med fagpersonell og frivillige, søker studien å belyse hindringer og begrensninger i integreringsprosessen. Studien legger vekt på betydningen av samarbeid, kulturell forståelse og de praktiske utfordringene knyttet til å bistå flyktninger i deres integrering i det norske samfunnet. Funnene skal bidra til økt forståelse og forbedring av praksisfeltet.

This study explores the challenges experienced by those working with the introduction program for refugees and in voluntary organizations in Norway. Through qualitative interviews with professionals and volunteers, the study seeks to highlight obstacles and limitations in the integration process. The study emphasizes the importance of collaboration, cultural competence, and the practical challenges associated with assisting refugees in their integration into Norwegian society. The findings are intended to contribute to increased understanding and improvement of the field of practice.
