This chapter examines the interrelation between the Marshall Plan (MP) films and the MP’s building and exchange programs for European architects. By analyzing depictions of architecture in the films, the chapter demonstrates how the Marshall Planners aimed to reconfigure public and private space by linking modern architecture to Western liberalism, thereby utilizing older Bauhaus ideals. “Room to Move and Space to Play”.
