This paper aims to give the reader a 4-step approach to verifying the construction phase of a Megaproject at an early stage. It allows the management team to identify potential bottlenecks and other factors that can delay or enable the project to finish faster. A time model with a Monte-Carlo simulation allows the Project management to analyze the project schedule in a structured way. The Project team uses their experience to give input to the model, and it offers a potential way to speed up the project and find countermeasures for slow production. Finally, it provides a more realistic duration with uncertainty for the Construction phase. This research is a qualitative research design involving a case study, and it is action-oriented.
