Traumebevissthet i barneverninstitusjon

Abstract

Oppgaven tydeliggjør hvilke aspekter i den daglige omsorgsutøvelsen som blir påvirket av personalets bevissthet omkring utviklingstraumer grunnet omsorgssvikt. Barns tidlige erfaringer med omsorgspersonen danner grunnlaget for all utvikling, og dersom disse erfaringene er negative vil dette påvirke utviklingen betydelig. Oppgaven tar sikte på å besvare problemstillingen «På hvilken måte kan traumebevisst omsorg i barnevernsinstitusjoner påvirke omsorgsutøvelsen i det profesjonelle miljøarbeidet?» ved hjelp av pensumlitteratur fra sosionomstudiet samt relevant litteratur som resultat av systematisk litteratursøk.

The thesis clarifies which aspects of the daily care exercise are affected by the staff's awareness of developmental traumas due to care failure. Children's early experiences with the caregiver form the basis for all development, and if these experiences are negative, this will significantly affect development. The thesis aims to answer the question "In what way can trauma-conscious care in child welfare institutions affect the practice of care in the professional environmental work?" by means of syllabus literature from the social work-study, as well as relevant literature as a result of systematic literature search.
