Hvordan jobbes det med forebygging av negativ sosial kontroll blant innvandrere i Norge?

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven tar utgangspunkt i arbeidet mot negativ sosial kontroll i Norge. Hvem var pionerene og ressursene på dette feltet og hvordan utviklet det seg og hvordan reagerer regjeringen og sivilsamfunnet på det i dag? Også hvilke materialet finnes for å få mer innsikt i fenomenet. Som hovedhensikt vil oppgaven undersøke forebyggende tiltak mot negativ sosial kontroll i norsk kontekst med utgangspunkt i den norske regjeringens handlingsplan for perioden 2021 -2024 om "Frihet fra negativ sosial kontroll og æresrelatert vold. I denne forbindelse, ved siden av definisjon av relevante begreper, har jeg forsøkt å gi en bedre oversikt og forståelse av tematikken og samt hvilke forebyggende tiltak som finnes mot negativ sosial kontroll. For å få svar på problemstillingen "Hvordan jobbes det forebyggende mot negativ sosial kontroll blant innvandrere i Norge?" har jeg prøvd å gi en oversikt over tiltak som allerede finnes, deres mandat og deres relasjon til hverandre.

This bachelor thesis aims to confront the reader with the concept of negative social control in Norway. Who were the pioneers and resources in this field and how did it develop and how does the government and civil society react to it today? Also what material is available to gain more insight into the phenomenon. As the main purpose, the thesis looks at the preventive measures against negative social con-trol in the Norwegian context based on the Norwegian government's action plan for the peri-od 2021 -2024 on "Freedom from negative social control and honor-related violence. In ad-dition, what is the role of non-profit organizations in this field with reference to the plan presented by the government. In this connection, in addition to the definition of relevant concepts, I have tried to provide a better overview and understanding of the topic and also what preventive measures exist and how this can lead to empowerment and combat powerlessness. To get an answer to the question "How does the prevention of negative social control among immigrants in Norway work?" ، I tried to show a picture of what measures already exist, what their mandate is and also what relationship do they have to each other.
