We successfully conducted an AML related project that using the middle-out ap- proach for a better understanding of the AML cell line THP-1’s behaviour. The rapidly developed omics technology gave us the insight that what biological path- ways were the most important in cancer evolvement process and then we integrate the omics information to construct a logical model which was extended from an established AML model to further execute the cell fate decision predictions and entitle the prediction power of a logical model in silico. This work confirmed that the potential drug targets can be revealed under this framework.
