dc.description.abstractDenne avhandlingen ser på forskjellige relasjoner mellom en forbrukers kjøpsintensjon og kvaliteten på forskjellig innhold, tilliten mellom selger og kjøper, tilliten en forbruker har i plattformen og også hvordan tidligere erfaring har innflytelse på en forbrukers tillit. Avhandlingen vil starte med en introduksjon til sosial handel etterfulgt av et kapittel som omhandler hvordan litteraturgjennomgangen ble utført. Etter det kommer et kapittel som går gjennom bakgrunnskunnskaper, og etter det blir hypotesene beskrevet. Det femte kapittelet går inn på metoden som ble brukt for å samle inn informasjon, bakgrunnsinformasjon om de som responderte og måten informasjonen ble samlet inn på (spørreundersøkelse). Kapittelet etter det omhandler resultatene som ble funnet, og det siste kapittelet omhandler diskusjonen og konklusjonen.
dc.description.abstractThis thesis looks at different relationships between a consumer’s purchase intention and the quality of different content, the trust between seller and consumer, the trust a consumer has in the platform as well as how past experiences influence a consumer in regard to trust. The thesis will start of with an introduction to social commerce followed by a chapter which details the literature review that was done. Then comes a chapter that goes into more background information, and after that the hypothesises are described. The fifth chapter details the method used for the collection of information, and also information on the sample group and the collection method (survey). The chapter after that details the results gained from the survey, and the last chapter is the conclusion and discussion.
