Denne rapporten tar utgangspunkt i å digitalisere fjernvarmenettet i Raufoss Industripark.
This bachelor’s thesis is based on digitizing the district heating network in Raufoss Industrial Park. Only a few buildings in the park are currently being measured, but this will be done on a much larger scale towards the autumn. Therefore, no development will begin until sufficient and high-quality data of energy and cost savings emerge from the digitization. In this thesis we will look at the problem: How can smart thermic net contribute to energy and cost efficiency of distribution and production in a district heating plant? A literature search was carried out to look at how the technological development of district heating networks in Sweden has progressed by using buildings to store thermal energy. In addition, results from a similar attempt at Storhamar school have been considered. Experience from this search was the basis for determining the utility of a smart thermal grid on Raufoss. Finally, data from the bio boiler in the 2019 operating year were collected to use the LAVA calculation which provides insight into the economic aspects of the development. Despite the fact that the data base is too small to accurately measure the value of developing a smart thermal grid on Raufoss, the results show that there is a great potential and it should be explored with an optimistic view.en
