dc.description.abstractMaster Thesis provides research about balancing Traditional and Agile Project Management approaches for managing a small, time limited project with high level of uncertainty. Focus in report is on the Planning and Control process for Scheduling and Risk Management methods. Case study is NTNU student project DNV Fuel Fighter creating of energy efficient car for annual Shell Eco Marathon competition. Theoretical models for balancing the Traditional and Agile approaches match the practical management approach in project. Results of work are theoretical and empirical findings for balancing agility and discipline within project for successful outcomes.nb_NO
