Abstract

Bacheloroppgave om utvikling av en forbedret utstøtemekanisme til en aluminiumsstøpemaskin. Lagt stor vekt på å ha en likegangsfunksjon som uavhengig av motkraft gir lik translasjon i fire sylindere. Dette skal sørge for en rett utstøting.

Bachelor thesis covering the development of an improved ejection mechanism tailored for an existing aluminum die casting machine. The focus lies around the synchronized movement of four hydraulic cylinders, regardless of the individual counter force they are experiencing. This will ensure an even ejection of the cast.
