Konseptutredning og kostnadsestimering for flerbrukshall

Abstract

Oppgaven tar for seg konseptutredning og kostnadsestimering for en flerbrukshall i ytre bydel i Ålesund, nærmere sagt Osane. Hovedmålet er å finne løsninger som lar seg realisere innenfor gitt budsjettramme og tomtens areal.

Oppgaven fokuserer på tre ulike løsninger for utførelse av flerbrukshallen, både med og uten passivhusstandard. I løsningene har vi vurdert ulike byggematerialer, og kommet frem til hva som er best egnet for prosjektet.

Oppgaven benytter seg av informasjon hentet fra kilder som Norsk Prisbok, Norsk Standard og Sintef Byggforsk m.fl. Kostnadsestimeringen er beregnet for hånd, ved hjelp av Norsk Prisbok. For å få et visuelt bilde av konseptene er de blitt modellert i Revit og Lumion.

Basert på de oppnådde resultatene fra konseptutredningen og kostnadsestimeringen konkluderer vi med at alle løsningene er gjennomførbare, både med og uten passivhusstandard. Vi mener at den beste løsningen er en flerbrukshall med både turnhall og bordtennis- og bueskytterhall, alt bygget etter passivhusstandard.

This thesis deals with the concept study and cost estimation of a multi-use hall in the outer district of Ålesund, more specifically Osane. The main goal is to find various solutions that can be realized within the given budget and plot area.

The thesis focuses on three different solutions for the construction of a multi-use hall, both with and without passive house standard. In the solutions, we have assessed various building materials, and come up with what is best suited for the project.

The thesis uses information obtained from sources such as Norsk Prisbok, Norsk Standard and Sintef Byggforsk. The cost estimate is calculated by hand, with the help of Norsk Prisbok. In order to get a visual image of the concepts, they have been modeled in Revit and Lumion.

Based on the achieved results of the concept study and the cost estimation, we conclude that all the solutions are feasible, both with and without passive house standard. We believe that the best solution is a multi-use hall with both a gymnasium and a table tennis-/archery hall built along with it, all by passive house standard.
