dc.description.abstract | The concept of project management office is not new (Well, 1999), and it has a lot of attention lately. The idea of project office is old but many scientists recognized that project management office has a potential to work on it. In this report based on the literature review and the theories related to the PMO and organization, it has tried to develop a model for successful implementation of a PMO. The report had aims by applying theories into the reality find a way for project management office to increase their efficiency.Statkraft Company is used as a case company which able writer to get accurate information from the reality.
