Kommunal barnehage i Heim

Abstract

Sammendrag Gruppe 3, inklusivt studentene Susanna Hsu Hals og Lena Sæther, ble dannet i oktober 2019 på grunn av Heim kommunes behov for en ny sentrumsbarnehage. Ettersom begge medlemmene har fordypet seg innenfor husbyggteknikk 3. året på NTNU (Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet), var denne oppgaven svært relevant for studentene. Gruppen ble tildelt en tomt i kommunen, nærmere bestemt Vollanekra 101/651 på hele 11 000 m2. Målet var å prosjektere en barnehage så komplett som mulig, med tekniske tegninger som kommunen eventuelt kan få bruk for ved utbygging. Med et ønske om å inkludere alle samfunnsgrupper har studentene valgt å ha universell utforming som en rød tråd gjennom hele prosjektet. Ettersom den nye sentrumsbarnehagen skal erstatte de eksisterende i området, vil den ha et plassbehov til 108 enheter samt 35 ansatte. Dette ga studentene en utfordrende oppgave ved prosjektering av praktiske planløsninger som samtidig skulle ha et livlig tema. Ved å besøke Moholt barnehage og sende ut en spørreundersøkelse, fikk studentene innblikk i hvilke elementer ved barnehagen ansatte satte pris på eller mislikte. I tillegg var det inspirerende for valg av attraksjoner til uteområdene. I løpet av de siste fem månedene har studentene produsert et muntert design ved prosjektering av en funksjonell lavenergibygning. Gruppen har designet en sentrumsbarnehage passende for alle, samt produsert detaljer, parkeringsplass, lekeplass og 3D-tegninger som illustrerer bygget og dets arkitektur.

English Summary Bachelor group 3 which included Susanna Hsu Hals and Lena Sæther was created in October 2019 because of Heim Municipality’s need for a new Kindergarten. Since both members of the group specialized in housebuilding in their third year at NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology), the task sounded both interesting and relevant for the study. The group got a chosen plot in the Municipality to work with, more specifically Vollanekra, with a total area of 11 000 square meters. The goal for the bachelor was to create a relevant description as well as a good amount of technical drawings, this to hopefully facilitate the amount of work for Heim Municipality. As a result of today’s society and the inclusion of various society groups, the group also wanted to keep the integrative design in mind throughout the project. In need for more space and a new building to replace the old ones, the Kindergarten was set to house 108 children as well as 35 employees. As a result of this the students had quite the task planning the layout while keeping practicality and a fun theme in mind. By visiting Moholt Kindergarten and sending out a survey, it was possible to get an idea of what elements employees and children appreciated. Throughout the last five months the students managed to create a design with a playful touch while focusing on constructing a functional and energy-saving building. They’ve designed a kindergarten fitted for all, with drawings of the building among other themes like details, parking lots, playground, colorful 3D pictures and a small dose of architectural feel.
