Photogrammetry with drone is increasingly common in surveying tasks. What result can be achieved with this type of mapping compared to absolute accuracy? Our problem is to test two drones and compare the results to a reference data, as well as to examine the workflow by seeing if there is a time saving between the drones from obtaining data to finished processing. The test has been done in the area at Veidekke's project on the E6, where the surroundings were rugged and varied with vegetation. The drones were flown to cover the same area, where control points for joining and coordinating the images were pre-measured in the post-processing. Two programs were used to investigate the accuracy. First, Pix4d for assembling and generating a model and point cloud. Then a control with Gemini terrain of the point cloud against a reference data in the form of a TIN model. The drones eBee Classic and DJI Phantom Pro 4 were flown at different heights. The eBee flew the highest that recognized that it covered the same area with fewer pictures. The number of images is the greatest effect of processing time between the drones. eBee has, based on the criteria for workflow, been a faster and more efficient drone. Based on the number of images and flight height, there are elements that distinguish the two drones for the time in the survey. The result that came in Pix4D and Gemini terrain pointed in different directions. eBee was closest to the Pix4D model with deviations measured against control points. DJI Phantom's point cloud was closer to the reference data, which is the norm of checking absolute accuracy. This result of accuracy, combined with uncertainties in the control points, makes it impossible for us to determine with certainty which of the two drones has the best absolute accuracy.
