The goal of this thesis was to create an iOS app that uses GPS and accelerometer data. The app that was created is based on the "Potetløp", which is a race where participants run to the finish line while balancing a potato in a spoon. To create this app, the program Xcode was used, and the code was written in Apple´s programming language Swift. To track the user´s distance moved GPS is used, and the accelerometer data is used to balance the virtual potato. Both a singleplayer and multiplayer mode were made, in which the multiplayer mode consists of up to six people playing together. Communication between the devices is done with bluetooth. In addition to this, a score based on the time used and how well you balanced is calculated, and a rating is calculated after playing a multiplayer game. The app was submitted to the App Store, and after a dialogue with the App Review Board the app was accepted. It was made available on the App Store for all iPhones running iOS version 9.0 or newer before the agreed upon deadline, May 17th.en
