dc.description.abstractIntroduksjon: Mange pasienter ønsker å dø hjemme. Helsetjenestens mål er å legge til rette for pasienten, slik at sykdomstiden hjemme oppleves best mulig.. Det er viktig at det er opparbeidet god kjennskap til situasjonen hjemme. Helsepersonell må ha god kompetanse. Samhandling mellom tjenesteytere er nødvendig for at pasienten skal få leve et best mulig liv frem mot livets slutt. Hvordan pasientens møtes ved livets slutt er avgjørende for hvordan omsorgen oppleves. Hensikt: Hensikten med denne studien er å belyse forutsetningen for en god omsorg til palliative pasienter i livets sluttfase, som ønsker å dø hjemme. Metode: Litteraturstudie som inneholder syv vitenskapelige artikler etter et systematisk søk i Medline og Cinahl. Resultat: Forutsetningen for en god død er god smertelindring. Ivaretakelse av psykososiale behov og tverrfaglig samarbeid er også viktige faktorer. Kunnskap er også sentralt for god palliasjon, men dette ble vist mangelfullt. Diskusjon: Resultatet ble diskutert opp mot sykepleiefaglig litteratur og egne erfaringer. Konklusjon: Smertelindring, oppmerksomhet mot pasientens psykososiale behov, tverrfaglig samarbeid, kunnskap og kompetanse er viktige faktorer for å gi god omsorgen til palliative pasienter. Når dette er på plass kan det gi god palliativ omsorg i livets siste fase.
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Many patients want to die at home. The health service's goal is to facilitate the patient, so that the illness period at home is best experienced. It is important that good knowledge of the situation at home is built up. Health professionals must have good competence. Interaction between service providers is necessary for the patient to live the best possible life towards the end of life. How nurses meet the patient at the end of life is crucial for how the care is experienced. Aim: The aim of this study is to illustrate good care for palliative patients to remain at home until death Method: Literature study that includes seven scientific articles after a systematic search in Medline and Cinahl Result: The premise of a good death is good pain relief. Attention to psychosocial needs and interdisciplinary collaboration are also important factors. Competence is also central to good palliative care, but this was shown to be inadequate. Discussion: The result was discussed against nursing literature and own experiences. Conclusion: Pain relief, attention to the patient's psychosocial needs, interdisciplinary collaboration, competence and expertise are important factors in providing good care to palliative patients. When this is in place, it can provide good palliative care in the last period of life
