Digital endringsprosess

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven tar for seg hvordan implementeringen av en digital endring påvirker ansatte i en fastsatt bedrift. Endringen gjelder bedriften Norges Senior Shop og har bakgrunn i nytt lovfestet reglement som krever at man må dokumentere og registrere kontantsalg, som har ført til at bedriften har måttet gå til anskaffelse av en ny kasseløsning.

For å få relevant informasjon til oppgaven har det blitt gjennomført en kvalitativ undersøkelse i form av intervju og observasjon. Informantene som er valgt ut vil forbli anonyme siden bedriften kan defineres som en liten bedrift, og for å sikre fullstendig anonymitet. Svar som er avgitt av informanter har blitt transkribert og benyttet for å drøfte problemstillingens grunnlag i henhold til relevant teori.

Teorien som er valgt for bacheloroppgaven støtter opp under ulike tema som er relevant for endringssituasjonen, og har et større fokus på motstand fra de ansatte og håndtering av motstand på grunn av endringsprosessens utfall.

Gjennom oppgaven blir det fremlagt teori, metode, resultater og drøfting av teori opp mot resultatene.

This bachelor thesis addresses how the implementation of a digital adjustment will affect the employees in a given organization.

The adjustments were introduced to Norges Senior Shop in January 2019, and are based on a new statutory regulation that requires that all cash sales must be registered and documented, which has led to the organization having to purchase a new cashier register.

The relevant data for this thesis is gathered through a qualitative study in form of interviews and observations. The selected informants will remain anonymous in order for the organization to not be identified through this thesis. Responses from the informants have been transcribed and further used to discuss the issue of topic according to relevant theory.

The theory chosen for the bachelor thesis supports various topics relevant for the topic issue and focuses on resistance from the employees as a result of the implementation and how the organization can deal with this.
