Lønnsomhetsanalyse av Frati AS i perioden 2015-2017

Abstract

I denne oppgaven har vi analysert lønnsomhetsutviklingen til Frati AS, med fokus på en nøkkeltallsanalyse. Tallene som er brukt i vår analyse er hentet fra forvalt.no, og er benyttet til å gjennomføre beregninger av nøkkeltall for selskapets lønnsomhet, finansiering, soliditet og likviditet. I den siste delen av oppgaven har vi sammenlignet Frati med Ristorantini Italiano. I benchmarkingen har vi valgt å bruke totalkapitalrentabiliteten, og dekomponere denne etter Du Pont-modellen.

I oppgaven vår fant vi ut at lønnsomheten til Frati har hatt en svært positiv utvikling, mens nøkkeltallene for finansiering, soliditet og likviditet har blitt noe forverret i perioden. I sammenligningen med Ristorantino Italiano ser vi at Frati har en vesentlig bedre lønnsomhet.

In this study we have analyzed the profitability development of Frati AS, focusing on a key financial figure analysis. The numbers used in our analysis are collected from forvalt.no, and have been used to carry out calculations of key financial figures for the company's profitability, financing, solidity and liquidity. In the last part of the study we compared Frati with Ristorantini Italiano. In the benchmarking, we have chosen to use the return on investment and decompose it according to the Du Pont model.

In our study, we found that Frati's profitability has had a very positive development, while the key financial figures for financing, solidity and liquidity have deteriorated somewhat during the period. In comparison with Ristorantino Italiano, we see that Frati has a far better profitability.
