dc.description.abstractMasteroppgaven "Kulturskolen og korpset er én greie" – En studie av samarbeidet mellom en kulturskole og et skolekorps» setter fokus på samarbeid mellom offentlig og frivillig sektor innenfor kulturfeltet. Hensikten med studien er å undersøke hvordan innføringen av den nye rammeplanen «Mangfold og fordypning» påvirker samarbeidet mellom kulturskolen og skolekorpset og om den gjør musikantene i skolekorpset til bedre utøvere. Problemstillingen er: Hvordan vil innføringen av rammeplanen "Mangfold og fordypning" gi dyktigere musikkutøvere i skolekorpset? Studien er en case-studie hvor det er brukt både intervju og spørreskjema. Det er gjennomført en spørreundersøkelse med musikantene i korpset og intervjuer av lærere og rektor i kulturskolen, samt dirigenter og styret i korpset. Det teoretiske rammeverket for studien består av teori om ledelse, kommunikasjon og undervisning. Analysen av materialet er inspirert av tematisk analyse. De tydeligste funnene i studien er viktigheten av god kommunikasjon og kunnskapsoverføring mellom aktørene og at denne er godt strukturert og akseptert i organisasjonene. Kunnskapsoverføringen inkluderer bruk av korpsnotene i opplæring av musikantene. Alle informantene i studien er samstemt i sine tilbakemeldinger om at det er en gjensidig avhengighet mellom aktørene. De er også overbevist om at samarbeidet fører til en bedre kvalitet på musikantene. Samarbeidet gjør at korpset og kulturskolen oppfattes som en "greie".nb_NO
dc.description.abstractAbstract: The Master's thesis "Culture School and the band is one" thing "- A study of cooperation between a cultural school and a concert band" focuses on cooperation between public and voluntary sector in the field of culture. The purpose of the study is to investigate how the introduction of the new curriculum "Diversity and deeper understanding" influences collaboration and makes the musicians in the band better performers. The research question is: How will the introduction of the curriculum "Diversity and deeper understanding" provide for more skilled musicians in the band? The study is a case study using both interview and questionnaire. A survey has been conducted with the musicians in the band. Interviews have been done of the teachers and the principal in the culture school, as well as conductors and the board of the band. The theoretical framework for the study consists of theory of leadership, communication and teaching. The analysis of the material is inspired by thematic analysis. The most obvious findings in the study are the importance of good communication and knowledge transfer between the actors and that it is well structured and accepted in the organizations. Knowledge transfer includes the use of the band music in the training of musicians. All the informants in the study agree that there is a mutual dependence between the actors. They are also convinced that the collaboration leads to a better quality of musicians. The collaboration means that the band and culture school is perceived as one "thing".nb_NO
