dc.description.abstractThere are several issues while communicating in languages other than the mother tongue. The impact of use of second language Nepali and its influence on the service experience in the trekking area especially in Annapurna region has been studied under the grounded theory approach and compared with English as a second language. The studies shows that people are less affected by language or neglect the impact in higher basis and look around the humbleness of the ethnic people.
