As Axess experiences growth and increased profitability, the company find themselves in a situation where the current organization becomes a bottleneck, to pursue further growth and global expansion. A new strategy is developed, to transform the company through a integrated strategic change (ISC) intervention, including a merger, reorganization and restructuring. This thesis aim to measure the effect of the ISC, with regard to the strategic goals. This was done by a case study, consisting of participant observation, interviews and collection of data. The results show that the ISC has been partially successful, but several areas need to be improved, to fulfill the strategic goals. In addition, other areas of improvement has been revealed during the process, in which the company could leverage from. The company is assessing possibilities for further expansion into UK and Africa. These two potential markets have been analyzed by global strategy framework, to assess if they add total value for the company, and how this could be accomplished. This thesis argues that entering both these markets would form important steps to reach Axess’ strategic goals. This could enable value creation for Axess and its customers, and attract potential new clients.nb_NO
