| dc.description.abstract | This study investigates a framework for location based moblogging. Moblogging is a form of publishing small notes from a mobile phone to a blogging system The note can contain a picture and an annotation. On the website the notes are posted chronologically and the viewers can browse and comment the pictures. The project has been to identify a framework for developing a location based moblog and to create a prototype application for location aware blogging from a mobile phone. We explore the concept of location based moblogging and suggest new services to enhance user experience. The study explores state of the art technologies and evaluates these. We present a prototype system for location based moblogging. The study demonstrates the use of mobile software, location based web services and blogging system.
