Static and Dynamic Transport Properties in Superconductors, Normal Metals and Ferromagnets
Abstract
In this thesis we consider transport properties in different hybrid nanostructures, consisting of normal metals, ferromagnets and superconductors. We investigate the thermal distribution of bound Andreev states, and use this to evaluate the supercurrent.Furthermore, we look at dynamic scattering in an NFN-junction with a precessing magnetization, and calculate the pumped spin current. We do this by doing a unitary transformation to the rotating frame.
