This chapter discusses digital vulnerabilities and resilience in the Norwegian oil and gas infrastructure. The oil and gas industry is a part of critical infrastructure in the EU, since Norway is a key supplier with 30% gas and 10% of oil in 2015. We have considered hidden, dynamic and emergent risks. We have suggested Resilience Engineering as a framework to handle surprises, recover and adapt. There is a need to establish a more proactive network with actors collaborating across communities of practices, borders and interfaces.nb_NO
