| dc.description.abstract | “Experts in teamwork” is an obligatory subject for all master students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The students are organised in interdisci-plinary teams of 5 from at least 3 different study programmes solving real projects. They shall use their skills to solve the challenge, and learn to communicate with professionals from other disciplines, and how each of them influences the team and is influenced by the team. Each team submits two reports, one technical and one on the process in the team. In the academic year 2010/2011 1.859 students completed the subject in 67 tutor groups. This paper presents the subject with the results from a student evaluation for the academic year 2010/2011, compared to previous evaluations, and experience from 11 years as super-visor. | nb_NO |
