dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the thesis is to provide the team a very important tool with regard to the knowledge transfer about the prototype to the future teams. Start the school year, and with them new challenges have to be chosen about the decision to take part in the building of a new prototype car to the Shell Eco-marathon race. The DNV Fuel Fighter 2 has been designed and built practically by complete during the last year, however exist a background of knowledge and research upon was based on, what is the long career have got the team with all the goals and all the knowledge achieved for 6 years. But every year a new team takes over the task, where usually a few or nothing were last year in the team, thus all achieved is not useful if we don’t make an efficient system to transfer the knowledge, technique and skills. The student’s intention has been to make a clear, brief and concise, supporting as much as possible; in graphic material, overcoat drawings, which should give with at a glance a general idea about the systems to manipulate. The next manual will help the new members team who take up again the task have got a different guidelines and instructions how to manipulate everything in the prototype when they will have to replace or assemble , and how have to do the maintenance if is needed.nb_NO
