This master thesis is the continuation of the pre-master project of Buodd, Dolle & Halsøy, 2015. This report describes the work done in the period between January and June on the two cars from NTNU that participated in Shell Eco-marathon 2015. A new Urban Concept car in the hydrogen class has been developed with the aim of winning the Design Award. This report includes the technical work done, as well as the non-technical aspects of the project. There is a description of the last preparation done before the production started in February, the production itself and the development and construction of the remaining parts that was not presented in the pre-master report. The motivation for this documentation has been to pass all our experiences on to our successors, so that they can build on them and win the Shell Eco-marathon in the future. In the end of most sections we have included our advices for next year´s team.
