An ambulance simulator serves the education of emergency nurses and paramedics. It consists of a complicated construction that imitates the moving body of an ambulance within a laboratory environment. The simulator includes a real ambulance vehicle placed on a hydraulic suspension that makes the physical movements. The simulator additionally contains visual impact for driver from an animated film. Within the ambulance a robot patients with human features is included. All technical components add up to an environment that simulates an injury situation that is to be managed in a training situation. This note summarizes the second stage of development of motion construction for ambulance simulator and shortly the first stage. The first stage of development of motion construction for ambulance simulator was not applied, but second stage is a reconstruction of the frame from first stage. The basis and platform for the development of ambulance simulator started with a submarine simulator in 2004, so this note also contains a short description of the results of the development process "submarine simulator" The note tells something about the process and collects some of the documentation from the work building an ambulancesimulator. The process from a fragile idea to a product that works can be interesting to look into and the purpose of this note is to use the documentation for further development and researchno_NO
