dc.description.abstractThis literature review identified 2513 articles, and after a screening process we were left with 64 European articles. We found that qualitative methods like literature/document analysis and interviews was used more often than quantitative methods like surveys or combinations of methods in Europe. Most studies were focusing on national or local levels, and most studies (58%) was published after 2016.en_US
