Tittel: Tilrettelegging av sosialisering for førskolebarn med innagerende atferd.

Introduksjon: Innagerende barn er en sårbargruppe og har ekstra behov for å bli møtt på sitt nivå. Problemer med egen adferd skaper hindringer i sosialiseringsprosessen og resulterer til mer nedtrykkede følelser og emosjoner. Behovet for støtte og tilrettelegging må utfylles slik at barnet har mulighet til å fungere likt som jevnaldrende i sosiale sammenkomster.

Hensikt: Hensikten med oppgaven er å få tilstrekkelig kunnskap om atferd og metoder for hvordan vernepleieren kan tilrettelegge for sosialisering til førskolebarn med innagerende atferd. Studien ønsker å belyse den innagerende atferden som er mindre forsket på enn den utagerende atferden.

Metode: Denne oppgaven benytter litteraturstudie som metode. Oppgaven tar for seg fem fagfellevurderte vitenskapelige artikler og annen relevant litteratur.

Resultat: Problemstillingens relevante funn i de fem artiklene ble strukturer plassert i undertemaer som påvirker innagerende atferd. Til sammen ble det laget tre undertemaer: emosjonell kompetanse, sosiale utfordringer og lærer-barn-interaksjoner. Undertemaene var grunnlaget i diskusjonsdelen sammen med teorien brukt innledningsvis i oppgaven. Barnehagen som opplæringsinstitusjon blir også diskutert opp mot funnene i resultatene.

Konklusjon: Barn med innagerende atferd har behov for støtte for å kunne utvikle sine sosiale ferdigheter. Vernepleieren besitter mye kompetanse for å oppnå sosial mestring til denne barnegruppen. Relasjonskompetanse og atferdsanalyse som hjelpeverktøy er viktig for å lykkes i dette arbeidet. De fire partene: barn, foresatte, tjenesteytere og opplæringsinstitusjoner må fungere sammen for å opp nå en god, stabil effekt av miljøarbeidet.

Summary

Title: Facilitation of socialization for preschool children whit introvert behavior.

Introduction: Introvert children are without a doubt a vulnerable group and have an additional need to be met at their level. Problems whit their own behavior creates obstacles in the socialization process and result in more suppressed feelings and emotions. The need for support and facilitation must be met so that the child can function equally as peers in social gatherings.

Purpose: The purpose of the assignment is to gain sufficient knowledge of behavior and methods for how the social educator can facilitate the socialization of pre-school children with introvert behavior. The study wants to illustrate the introvert behavior that is less researched than the acting out behavior.

Method: This assignment uses a literature study as a method. The assignment looks at five peer-reviewed scientific articles and other relevant literature.

Result: The Problem´s relevant findings in the five articles were structured placed in sub-themes that influence introvert behavior. Altogether, three sub-themes were created: emotional competence, social challenges and teacher-child interactions. The sub-themes were the basis of the discussion chapter together with the theory used initially in the assignment. The preschool as an educational institution is also discussed against the findings in the results.

Conclusion: Children with introvert behavior need support in order to develop their social skills. The social educator has a lot of competence to achieve social mastery for this group of children. Relation competence and behavioral analysis as a tool is important to succeed in this work. The four parts: children, guardians, service providers and educational institutions must work together to achieve a good, stable effect of the environmental work.
