Relasjonelle faktorer hos miljøterapeut, ungdom og institusjon i barnevernsinstitusjoner

Abstract

Denne oppgaven handler om relasjonelle faktorer mellom miljøterapeuter og ungdommer i barnevernsinstitusjoner. Oppgaven ser på individuelle og organisatoriske faktorer i relasjonsarbeidet og drøfter hvordan disse kan ha påvirkning på den relasjonelle prosessen gjennom problemstillingen: Hvilke individuelle og organisatoriske faktorer kan påvirke relasjonen mellom miljøterapeut og ungdom på barnevernsinstitusjon?

Det er brukt litteraturstudie som metode og det faglige grunnlaget som presenteres er innhentet gjennom et utvalgt av søkemotorer, herunder «Oria», «Google Scholar» og «Idunn». Gjennom oppgaven brukes det fagfellevurderte artikler og bøker samt rapporter fra ulike institusjoner for forskning i faglitteraturen. Kildene vil også suppleres av andre fagbøker. Tilknytningsteori, personlig egnethet, kjærlighet og forskjeller i institusjonene er viktige punkter gjennom hele oppgaven.

This assignment is about relational factors between environmental therapists and adolescents in child welfare institutions. The assignment examines individual and organizational factors in relational work and discusses how these may affect the relational process through the thesis question: Which individual and organizational factors can affect the relationship between environmental therapist and adolescents in children welfare institutions? The method used is a literature review, and the academic basis presented is obtained through selected search engines, including "Oria", "Google Scholar", and "Idunn". Peer-reviewed articles, books, and reports from various institutions for research in the literature are used throughout the assignment. The sources will also be supplemented by other academic books. Attachment theory, personal suitability, love, and differences in institutions are important points throughout the assignment.
