Sustainabilty Roadmaps in Scientific Research: A Discussion about Best Practices

Abstract

Denne studien er fokusert på å undersøke veikartene for bærekraft i forskning som påvirker organisasjonenes evne til å lykkes med å oppfylle det organisatoriske oppdraget for bærekraft. Etter studiet av disse veikartene, er neste trinn å utforske hvordan disse veikartene var brakt til live. Til slutt, for å komme med et generisk veikart som skildrer det mulige veikartet komponenter for enhver organisasjon som planlegger å implementere bærekraft. For å nå dette målet, de forskjellige veikartene analyseres for å komme opp med unike komponenter i de forskjellige veikartene og legge dem til det endelige generelle veikartet. Med denne studien, totalt seks muliggjørere av veikart implementering er også gitt. For organisasjoner gir denne studien et generisk veikart med mulige muliggjører for implementering av bærekraftsveikart.

This study is focused on investigating the Sustainability Roadmaps in research which impacts the ability of the organizations to successfully fulfil the organizational mission for sustainability. Following the study of these roadmaps, the next step is to explore the way these roadmaps were brought to life. Finally, to come up with a Generic Roadmap that depicts the possible roadmap components for any organization that is planning to implement sustainability. To reach this goal, the different roadmaps are analyzed to come up with unique components of the different roadmaps and adding them to the final generic roadmap. With this study, a total of six enablers of roadmap implementation is also provided. For organizations, this study provides a generic roadmap along with the possible enablers of sustainability roadmap implementation.
