Foreldre-barn tilknytning

Abstract

I denne oppgaven presenteres forskning og teorier som omhandler tilknytning og sensitivitet. Temaet er Foreldre- barn tiknytning, og problemstillingen som drøftes er: Hvilken betydning kan foreldrenes sensitivitet ha å si for barn som viser tegn til en utrygg tilknytning. Oppgaven har barnevernsfaglig relevans med tanke på mandatet om å bistå utsatte familier der barn står i risiko for skjevutvikling. Oppgaven tar for seg teori om de utrygge barna, og hva som kjennetegner disse, og deres behov fra omsorgsgiver. Oppgaven har også søkelys på den forebyggende oppgaven man som barnevernspedagog har ved å tilby foreldreveiledende kurs som omhandler tilknytning og sensitivitet. Oppgaven presenterer samfunnsaktuelle problemer som ikke var kjent når de første teoriene om sensitivitet ble skrevet. Oppgaven diskuterer også balansen mellom utforsking og sensitivitet. Trygghetssirkelen (COS) er modellen som blir brukt som utgangspunkt for dette.

This thesis presents research and theories that deal with attachment and sensitivity. The topic is Parent-child attachment, and the issue that is discussed is: What significance can the parents' sensitivity have for children who show signs of an insecure attachment. The thesis has child welfare professional relevance with regard to the mandate to assist vulnerable families where children are at risk of skewed development. The thesis deals with theory about the insecure children, and what characterizes them, and their needs from the caregiver. The thesis also sheds light on the preventive task you as a child welfare educator have by offering parent counseling courses that deal with attachment and sensitivity. The thesis presents current societal problems that were not known when the first theories of sensitivity were written. The thesis also discusses the balance between exploration and sensitivity. The Circle of Security is the model used as a starting point for this.
