Tilsynsordning for private avløpsanlegg – Bodø Kommune

Abstract

Denne oppgaven er skrevet på vegne av Bodø kommune og omhandler tilvirkning av en tilsynsordning for private avløpsanlegg i kommunen. Oppgaven tar for seg redegjørelse av lovverk som påvirker etablering, oppføring, og drift av anleggene, og dermed også berører tilsynaktivitet. Beskrivelse av de ulike anleggenes utforming og funksjon, forurensning og utfordringer rundt det, og dagens situasjon i kommunen. I tillegg er det utarbeidet en tilsynsordning som kommunen skal kunne ta i bruk ved prosjektets slutt.

This bachelor thesis is written on behalf of Bodø municipality, and sets out to make an inspection and administration system for private wastewater plants in the municipality. The projects sets out to explain laws and regulation that affect establishing, building, and use of the plants, and as such also affects inspection activity. The different kinds of plants are described in terms of design and function, pollution and challenges around that, as well as todays situation in the municipality. Also, a complete survey system has been made, so that this can be used by Bodø municipality at the end of this project.
