Formålet med denne undersøkelsen var å måle kundetilfredshet blant Tema Eiendom AS sineleietakere. Tilfredse kunder er viktig for god lønnsomhet. Med økt forståelse av hvilke faktorersom påvirker leietakernes tilfredshet vil man ha grunnlag for å kunne øke kundetilfredsheten. Vitok utgangspunkt i teori fra forskningsartikler for å finne viktige faktorer ved kundetilfredshet. Detble utført to dybdeintervjuer med ansatte i Tema for å skaffe forståelse av deres leietakere ogeiendomsbransjen. Med inspirasjon fra NKB (Norsk Kundebarometer) og Fornells teori utarbeidetvi en forskningsmodell og en spørreundersøkelse som skulle hjelpe oss med å finne de viktigstedriverne til kundetilfredshet. I tillegg skulle vi se om det er en sammenheng mellomkundetilfredshet og lojalitet. Våre resultater viser at servicegrad og et balansert forhold mellomkvalitet på utleielokalene og kostnad har størst påvirkning på kundetilfredshet og lojalitet. Vi fantogså en høy samvariasjon mellom kundetilfredshet og lojalitet. The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to measure customer satisfaction among Tema Eiendom AS'stenants. Satisfied customers are important for good profitability. With an increased understanding of whichfactors affect the tenants' satisfaction, one will have a basis for being able to increase customer satisfaction.We started with theory from research articles to find important factors in customer satisfaction. Two indepthinterviews were conducted with Tema employees to gain an understanding of their tenants and thereal estate industry. With inspiration from NKB (Norwegian Customer Barometer) and Fornell's theory, weprepared a research model and a survey that would help us find the most important drivers for customersatisfaction. In addition, we should see if there is a relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty.Our results show that the level of service and the relationship between quality and cost have the greatestimpact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. We also found a high correlation between customersatisfaction and loyalty.
