dc.description.abstract | I denne oppgaven har jeg jobbet med Ableton som et flerkanals live-verktøy og instrument. Oppgaven er en preproduksjon av et verk jeg skal fremføre på en festival i oktober. Jeg vil derfor prøve å svare på følgende spørsmål: Hvordan kan jeg på best mulig måte forberede meg til festivalen i oktober? Hvordan kan jeg bruke Ableton sine ressurser og muligheter på en effektiv måte? Ved praktisk utførelse med forankring i teori, har jeg funnet løsninger som matcher mine behov. Resultatet er effektiv bruk av MIDI-teknologi i kombinasjon med ett skreddersydd Ableton-oppsett. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this assignment I have worked with Ableton as a multi-channel live tool and instrument. The thesis is a pre-production of a work I will perform at a festival in October. I will therefore try to answer the following questions: How can I prepare in the best possible way for the festival in October? How can I effectively use Ableton's resources and opportunities? In practical work anchored in theory I have found solutions that match my needs. The result is the efficient use of MIDI technology in combination with a custom Ableton setup. | |
