Les Misérables: Fantine og Eponine, søstre i ord og musikk.

Abstract

I «Les misérables and its afterlifes, Between page, stage and screen» blir Fantine og Eponine beskrevet som «sisters in misère», som kan oversettes til søstre i elendighet/miserabelhet. I denne oppgaven skal jeg se nærmere på dette «søster forholdet» gjennom handlingen i boka og musikalen, og ved å se på det musikalske materialet.

In «Les misérables and its afterlifes, Between page, stage and screen», Fantine and Eponine is described as «sisters in misère», which means sisters in misery. In this thesis I will take a closer look into the relations between these characters and their connections through the book, the musical and the musical material.
