Abstract
Sammendrag:Tittel: Friluftsliv og psykisk helseHensikt: hensikten med denne oppgaven er å finne forskning som belyser tema om hvordan friluftsliv kan brukes for å fremme en bedre psykisk helse hos ungeMetode: Denne oppgaven er et litteraturstudie, hvor det gjennom strukturerte- og ustrukturerte søk etter nyere forskning er funnet 5 artikler som skal belyse problemstillingenResultat: belyser elementer som er med på å svare på hvordan friluftsliv kan brukes for å fremme en bedre psykisk helse hos unge. Disse resultatene er delt inn i tre funn:1. Naturopplevelse kan føre til en følelse av ro og mindre grubling2. Andre rammer enn tradisjonell terapi som kan føre til økt sosial kontakt og opplevelse av mestring3. Organisering av turene Konklusjon: å bruke friluftsliv i behandling av unge bør ha et fokus på mestring og sosial kontakt, og det bør ligge gjennomtenkte og planlagte faglige vurderinger til grunn for gjennomføringen av et utendørs terapiprogram. Abstract:Title: Outdoor life and mental healthAim: the purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find research that highlights the topic how outdoor life can be used to promote a better mental health for young people. Method: this bachelor thesis is a literature review, where structured and unstructured searches where used to find recent research on the topic. A total of five articles are included. Results: highlights elements which contributes to answer how outdoor life can be used to promote a better mental health for young people. These results are divided in to three themes: 1. Nature experience can lead to a sense of tranquillity and reduced rumination2. Different framework than traditional therapy which can lead to increased social contact and experience of mastery. 3. Organizing of the outdoor tripsConclusion: Using outdoor life in the treatment of adolescents should have a focus on mastery and social contact, and there should lie well thought out and planned academic assessments behind the implementation of an outdoor therapy program.
