Hankel forms and Nehari's theorem
Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to explore the relation between the classical Hardy space of analytic functions and the Hardy space of Dirichlet series. Two chapters are devoted to developing the basic properties of these spaces. In the remaining two chapters we study Nehari's theorem -- both in the classical and multiplicative setting -- as a concrete example of the usefulness of the interplay between the space of Dirichlet series and the space of analytic functions on the infinite-dimensional polydisc.
