dc.description.abstractDrying is an essential process applied in most industry to remove moisture and extend the shelf life of final dried products without refrigeration. The challenges are to develop technologies to minimize the impact to environment and diminishes the losses. In this project some tests will be carried out with protein mixtures using heat pump drying technology and quality properties will be analyzed.nb_NO
