Sammendrag
NORSK: Entreprenørskap er svært viktig for det norske samfunnet. Nye bedrifter som etableres hvert år, er
av stor betydning for sysselsetting og fornyelse av næringslivet. Innovasjon Norge er et av
regjeringens viktigste instrumenter for å fremme innovasjon, entreprenørskap og utvikling av
norske virksomheter.
Innovasjon Norges kontor i Oppland tilbyr flere ulike tilbud til etablerere i fylket. Dette inkluderer
blant annet etablererkurs, etablererveiledning, etablerertilskudd og mentorordning. Dette
prosjektet har som mål å undersøke hvilken betydning de nevnte etablerertilbudene har for
etablerere som har benyttet seg av tilbudene, og overlevd. Den ferdige rapporten skal gi
oppdragsgiver et grunnlag for å si noe om hvor viktige tilbudene er.
I rapporten presenteres et teorigrunnlag som prosjektet bygger på. Prosjektet innebærer i tillegg
en kvantitativ undersøkelse blant etablerere som har benyttet seg av tilbudene, som drøftet i
forhold til teorien, utgjør oppgavens analyse og konklusjon.
I tillegg til å gi oppdragsgiver en rapport de kan dra nytte av, har prosjektet som mål å bidra til å
forstå noen av de forutsetningene som bør være til stede for at nyetableringer skal overleve. ENGLISH: Entrepreneurship is very important to the Norwegian society. The new enterprises established
each year is of great importance to employment and renewal of industries and businesses.
Innovation Norway is one of the Government’s main instruments for promoting innovation,
entrepreneurship and development of Norwegian enterprises.
Innovation Norway’s office in Oppland offers a variety of services for entrepreneurs in the county.
This includes establishment training, establishment coaching, establishment grants and
mentoring. This project aims to investigate the importance of the aforementioned
entrepreneurial services for entrepreneurs who have taken advantage of the offers, and survived.
The finale report aims to give Innovation Norway a foundation to indicate the importance of the
services.
The report presents a theoretical foundation of which the project is based. Additionally, the
project involves a quantitative survey among entrepreneurs who have taken advantage of the
services. This, discussed in relation to the theory, constitutes the analysis and the conclusion for
the thesis.
In addition to give Innovation Norway a report, the project aims to contribute to understanding
some of the conditions that should be present for start-ups to survive.
